Play more at valkilive, get more back. Every bet and game in the VIP program earns you points, moves you up a tier, and unlocks bigger rewards. The program has five tiers, and anyone can join.
The more you bet or play on Valkilive, the more VIP points you earn. Once your points reach a set threshold, your tier upgrades automatically and new benefits unlock. The entire process is automatic — no application required.
The program has five tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite. Benefits grow at every level. The journey from Silver to Elite is like building a long-term relationship — the more loyal you are to valkilive, the better valkilive rewards you.
Cashback is one of the most valuable perks in the VIP program. Each week, a set percentage of your net losses is returned directly to your wallet. The higher your tier, the higher the cashback rate. Think of it as a safety net — even in a tough week, you get something back.
Higher tiers receive priority processing on withdrawals, meaning Diamond and Elite members' requests are handled before standard accounts. Even during peak hours, VIP members get the fastest service.
Just 1,150 more points to reach Platinum — level up and unlock a higher cashback rate.

Many people assume VIP programs are only for high rollers. Valkilive takes a different approach. The Silver tier starts at just 500 points — meaning regular casual play is all it takes to get there.
The bottom line is that valkilive wants its long-term players to be genuinely rewarded. The cashback isn't just a promise on paper — seeing real money land in your wallet every Monday makes the difference clear.
Once you reach a tier, does it last forever? No — on valkilive, you need to earn a set number of points every three months to maintain your tier. That said, the requirement isn't too demanding; playing regularly is enough to keep it.
Many players say that having a dedicated account manager completely changes the support experience. Instead of waiting in a general live chat queue, your manager handles things directly over the phone and gets issues resolved fast.
Valkilive gives three months' notice before any tier demotion, giving you time to top up your points.
As soon as you hit the points threshold, your new tier benefits activate instantly.
Double and triple points events run regularly during Ramadan, Eid, and major sporting seasons.
Player Experiences from Across Bangladesh
Ever since I reached Gold, I've been receiving cashback every Monday. Even on a bad week, that cashback feels like a real cushion. It's one of the big reasons I stick with Valkilive.
After reaching Platinum, I was assigned a personal manager. When I had a withdrawal issue, I called directly and it was sorted in 15 minutes. Before that, I'd spend hours waiting in the standard chat.
The instant withdrawal at Diamond tier genuinely works. I submitted a withdrawal at 11 PM and it was in my bKash within 8 minutes. The valkilive VIP system is really something.
One of the first things most players notice after joining the Valkilive VIP program is how much faster the support is. Standard accounts can face wait times in live chat, but VIP line responses are nearly instant.
The second thing players notice is how much more relevant the offers become. Standard members all receive the same promotions, but at Diamond or Elite tier, offers are tailored to your play style. Cricket bettors get special boosts before big matches; slot players receive free spin offers.
VIP members receive exclusive offers during festive seasons. During Eid, valkilive sends all VIP members a special Eid bonus package that is significantly larger than what standard accounts receive.
The Elite tier experience is genuinely different. You have a dedicated VIP host focused solely on your account — available whenever you need them. Unlimited withdrawal limits and an annual Elite rewards package make this a truly premium level.
The most important thing to understand is this — joining the valkilive VIP program isn't about spending more. Play regularly within your own budget, earn points, climb the tiers, and the rewards will follow. That's the core philosophy of this program.
Your account must have completed KYC verification to access the full range of VIP benefits — this is especially required for withdrawal priority.
Keep SMS and email notifications on for tier changes and special offers — you don't want to miss a double points event.
Friday through Sunday — three days of double points makes the weekend the best time to level up fast.
The weekly cashback is a reliable return — think of it as part of your budget for the following week.
You don't need to spend big to reach a VIP tier. Play regularly within your own budget — and the tiers will come naturally. Learn more Responsible Gaming View Page.
